Why Learn From Me?

My name is Patty Rose. I am a dance fitness educator and movement specialist. I have almost 25 years of fruitful experience and valuable knowledge in teaching workout exercises to thousands of students and clients of dance, exercise, and fitness, whom I have helped improve their energy and fitness and general “Happy Factor”. When I decided to expand my business to have an online internet component, I went to work with great excitement. I got busy learning, growing, researching, building, basically spending countless of hours on my laptop. It was then when I started to see my body begin experience gradual change. I was teaching fewer classes than I had over my entire career and the “built-in” by-product of fitness was no longer in my work contract. I was losing lean muscle, and gaining aches and a few pounds! I had to find a way to re-create the way I fit fitness into my life; I had to push myself to step away from the computer and do something else. It was very challenging for me to know deep down, that I could be more. Now, I had to “fit in a workout” – like most other women, when I used to just go to work to dance and move. What I found was that I could do little things throughout each day to keep myself moving and it made me FEEL better! I was doing Mini Workouts (mostly at home) to feel good and regain my fitness level. From this I began to feel more energized, I had a new spark of creativity, and I went to work creating this very program for YOU! THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU – everything I learned from my journey. |
